Day 1

Barcelona Arrival

Meet your tour rep at the arrival’s hall in Barcelona airport, or the location given by your tour rep. We then proceed to make our way towards our coach.

After checking into the hotel, we begin our journey by heading to the Barcelona city centre with a stopover at an Indian restaurant for lunch.

Montjuïc is a prominent hill overlooking the Barcelona harbour. Take the cable car from here to the top of the hill and enjoy the view of the city and the ports from one of the strategic points of the city. We then proceed to make our way down the hill back to the coach. (Please note: The visit to the top does not include a visit to the Montjuïc Castle)

Later, stroll around and enjoy your free time at the Las Ramblas where you can shop for souvenirs for friends and family, or simply enjoy the numerous café’s on the street. After the dinner, we make our way for a Flamenco Show and proceed back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Barcelona - Costa Brava

After breakfast we meet up with our local professional guide for a city tour of Barcelona. Our visits include the famous Park Guell, Gaudi’s controversial La Basílica de la Sagrada Familia (only from the outside), Plaza de Cataluna, and Barcelona’s Olympic Stadium later in the afternoon.

We then proceed to the restaurant for our Indian lunch before we board back onto the coach and make way for the Barcelona waterfront, where we visit the famous beaches of Barcelona in Costa Brava, Calella de Mar and Lloret de Mar.

The remaining day is free for you to enjoy the beaches or to stroll along the lively waterfront.

Day 3

Barcelona - Valencia

Today morning after breakfast, we check out of the hotel and make our way to the centre of Barcelona, We walk through the most famous Las Ramblas then see Plaza Catalunya

We then head south along the coast to proceed towards Valencia, driving down the picturesque Balearic Sea coast. The drive should take us about 4 hours. We will reach Valencia in the afternoon.

We meet our local professional guide in the city centre of Valencia. The tour of this port and the cultural city starts with a view of the Town Hall, Gateway Towers of Serranos and Quart, Plaza de Toros de Valencia, where you can see the bullring from the outside.

Before we depart from Valencia, we see one of the most prominent sights in Valencia, the La Seo Cathedral which houses numerous religious and artistic treasures.

We then make our way to the hotel, where we can freshen up before we enjoy our Spanish dinner at the Hotel. The dinner will be a light continental Spanish meal.

Day 4

Valencia - Madrid

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and head to Valencia’s most visited attractions L’Oceanogràfic, the largest aquarium in Europe which contains representatives of the world’s main marine ecosystems. With that, we end our stay at Valencia and begin our drive to Madrid, Spain’s central capital. On route to Madrid, we will be stopping for lunch.

After arriving at Madrid City Center, we will begin a panoramic tour covering the Royal Palace, “Puerta del Sol”- a public square in Madrid, “Plaza de Cibeles” etc. Throughout the panoramic tour, we will stop (depending upon the traffic conditions) for you to take quick photographs of the sites.

We then head to the “Plaza de España”, as we drive through the world-renowned and shopping district of Madrid, the “Gran Via”. Later in the evening, we go for our Indian meal at a restaurant before we board back onto the coach and make our way to the hotel.

Day 5

Madrid

After breakfast, board the coach and make our way back to the city centre of Madrid, where we head towards the Royal Palace.

Once we get our tickets, we visit the interiors of the Royal Palace. After the visit at the Royal Palace, we take a break for an Indian lunch at a restaurant before making our way to the Mercado de San Miguel, which is Madrid’s most popular and covered market. In the afternoon we proceed back to the “Gran Via” (literally means “the great way”) and join up with the rest of the group before we make our way to the restaurant for our evening dinner.

We then proceed back to the hotel, as we prepare to pack our backs for check-out tomorrow morning.

Day 6

Madrid – Departure

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and make our way back to the city of Madrid.

We visit the Parque del Buen Retiro (Retiro Gardens) known as the best gardens in Madrid and considered one of the largest city parks in Spain.

Around the lake i.e Retiro Pond, rowboats can be rented to paddle around the Estanque, Horse-drawn carriages are also available on rent.

We then end conclude our visits in Madrid proceed to the restaurant for our Indian lunch before we board back onto the coach and proceed to make our way to Madrid airport.
